摘要 棕榈酸异辛酯是一种重要的化工原料,广泛应用于润滑剂合成工业、纺织工业、石油工业等,具有很大的市场潜力。综述介绍了近年来合成棕榈酸异辛酯的几种典型方法,如常规加热催化酯化法、微波辅助合成法和酶催化合成法等。其中常规加热催化酯化法虽然克服了传统工艺的一些缺点,但能源消耗大,不利于工业生产。酶催化合成法解决了能耗问题,但存在反应时间长、酶易失活等不足。微波辅助合成法具有反应时间短、操作方便、收率高等特点,但其工业化仍有待进一步开发。 2 - Ethylhexyl palmitate, as Isooctyl Palmitate (IOP), is one of the most important raw material in chemistry industry. It has many applications in cosmetic, pharmaceutic and chemical industries, Some typical synthetic methods of IOP were introduced. Such as: chemical catalysed esterification, synthesis under microwave irradiation and enzymatic synthesis et al. The method of chemical catalytic esterification overcomes some disadvantages, but has high energy consumption. Enzymatic synthesis has settled this problem but had a long reaction time and the enzyme was deactivated at improper temperature. Synthesis under microwave irradiation is better with short reaction time, convenient operation and high yield. A further study should be done on its industrialization.
