单模聚焦微波辐射合成丙烯酸系高吸油树脂 被引量:5

摘要 采用Discover单模聚焦微波精确有机合成系统,通过乳液聚合法合成低交联度的高吸油树脂。研究了丙烯酸丁酯与甲基丙烯酸甲酯的质量比,引发剂用量,交联剂用量,微波功率对树脂吸油率的影响,并对微波加热与常规加热合成树脂的吸油速率、保油率、耐寒耐热等性能进行了比较。结果表明,在Discover标准模式下,最大功率60 W,最高温度70℃,辐射时间2 h,在引发剂的质量分数为2%,丙烯酸丁酯与甲基丙烯酸甲酯的摩尔质量比为7/3,交联剂的质量分数为0.6%的条件下得到的树脂吸油性能最好。 The low cross--linked high oil absorbing resin is prepared using the microwave accurate organic synthesis system and emulsion polymerization. The influence of ratio of monomers, the amounts of initiator and cross- linker as well as the power of the microwave on the oil absorption rate of resin wa.s studied, The oil absorption rate, keep oil rate, resist heat and resist cold ere properties of high oil adsorption resin preparred by microwave heating was compared with those prepared in an ordinary heating way. The cxperiment results indicate that the best oil adsorption property of resin is acquired with the largest power 60 W, the high temperature 70 ℃, the radiation time 2 h, the amount of initiator 2 %, the ratio of BA and MMA 7/3, the amount of cross- linker 0.6 % under the standard mode.
