本文选择能够用化学发光法灵敏检测的金属离子 Co^(2-)为对象,研究了它与氨酸络合剂形成的络合物标记靶细胞,以化学发光法测定自然杀伤细胞(NK 细胞)活性的可行性。
The authers selected cebalt of metal ion that can sensitively be detected by chemiluminescens and studied the feasibility of natural killer activity detected by chemiluminescene through labeling the target cell.
