Quick Synthesis of Cerium Vanadate by Microwave Heating

摘要 以二氧化铈和偏钒酸铵为原料,微波加热快速合成了钒酸铈。用XRD,SEM等对所合成的产物进行了表征。结果表明,用和常规法相比微波合成钒酸铈可大大缩短合成所需的时间,能耗也大为减少。常规加热法合成样品的晶形较为圆滑,而微波合成样品为块状。 Ceria and ammonium meta vanadate were selected as the feedstock, with microwave heating cerium vanadate was obtained in short time. The products were characterized by XRD, SEM, and so on. Results demonstrate that microwave heating is time and energy saving compared with the conventional heating. The crystal form of the product gained by conventional heating is smcoth, while it is lumpish for the produet gained by microwave heating.
