摘要
目的分析护士在工作与家庭两方面的冲突情况。方法采用问卷调查法对护士与其他职业女性进行比较研究。结果研究发现,护士在工作与家庭上的冲突大于其他职业女性。护士在工作与家庭上的总体冲突较大;工作对护士与家人的共处时间、家务承担及心理状态等方面都有更大的负面影响。在工作与家庭的3种冲突中,护士在时间、精力和行为上的冲突都明显大于其他职业女性。结论护士需要社会和家庭更多的理解和关爱,护理管理者也需要对护士进行更多的人文关怀。
Objective To analyze the conflict between work and family among nurses. Methods A survey was conducted to compare two groups-nurses and other occupational women. Results The survey indicated that nurses had a bigger conflict between work and family than other occupational women. Nurses had a bigger wholly conflict between work and family. Nursing work had more negative influence on nurses, for example on the time for staying with their families, on their household duties, and on their psychological state in the family. Among the three conflicts between work and family, time-based conflict, strain-based conflict and behavior--based conflict for nurses were signifieantly bigger than those for other occupational women. Conclusions Nurses need more understanding and care from the family and soeiety, and also from the nursing managers.
