应用肺阻抗微分波图测定肺动脉压的初步探讨

摘要 本文用肺阻抗微分波测定46例肺心病患者的肺动脉平均压(mPAP),肺动脉收缩压(PASP),肺动脉舒张压(PADP)并与32例正常人的肺动脉压对照。发现肺心病组与正常组比较,mPAP、PASP、PADP 具有显著差异性。46例肺心病病人有43例符合肺动脉高压标准,对照组肺动脉压均在正常范围。肺阻抗微分波图的临床应用,为无创伤性估测肺动脉压提供了一种新方法,该法能直接反映肺血流情况,故其指标与肺动脉压相关性较好。 Mean pulmonary arterial pressure(mPAP),pulmonary arterial systolic pressure(PASP)and pulmonary arterial diastolic pressure(PADA)were measured in 46 cases of pulmonary heart dis- ease by impedance rheopumography compared with 32healthy subjects.It was showed that there were significantly differences in mPAP PASP and PADP in patients with pulmonary hoart disease compared with those in control group.43 of 46 cases were up to the standard of pulmonary aterial high pressure,was normal in control group,suggesting that it might be a new method to deter- mine pulmonary arterial pressure traumalessly.
