1例自体肺移植治疗中心型肺癌的护理

Nursing on patients with self-body lung transplant to treat one case central type carcinoma of lung

采用自体肺移植治疗中心型肺癌1例,术前通过对患者全身情况进行认真评估,制定完善的护理计划,指导呼吸功能锻炼。术后严密观察病情,加强呼吸道管理,保持胸腔闭式引流通畅,掌握抗凝剂的应用以及加强营养,均有利于患者的恢复。

One patients with central type carcinoma of lung was treated with self--body transplant. A complete nursing planning was established and the respiratory exercise was directed via preoperative assessment of general condition before the operation. After the operation, tightly observing the conditions, strengthening the management of respiratory tract, keeping the thoracic drainage catheter unobstructed, controlling the application of anticoagulant, and enhancing the nutrition were helpful to the patients＇ rehabilitation.
