摘要
介绍超声波进入凸凹弧面工件后声场的变化,以及不同类型探头在弧面试样与平面试样检测中,回波高度的偏差,提出了校准偏差、补偿判定缺陷当量的方案。
The change of sound field after ultrasonic entering concave and convex cambered surface of workpieee and wave height difference were introduced during cambered sample and plane sample inspection using various sensors. Plans of deviation corrcction and compensation judgment defect equivalent are put forward.
