摘要
水磁操动机构具有零部件少,可靠性高,免维护等优点。研究了双稳态永磁操动机构特点,开发了断路器用永磁操动机构软件分析系统,系统主要包括永磁机构磁场分析和动态特性仿真两大功能,分别采用有限元方法和四阶龙格库塔算法来求解。该系统实现了永磁操动机构的参数化设计功能,能够较好地满足实际工程需求。
Permanent magnet actuator has such advantages as less components, higher reliability and non-maintenance. This paper studies characteristics of bistable permanent magnet actuator and designs an analysis system for breaker's actuator, It mainly includes two modules: magnet field analysis and dynamic performance simulation, which are separately solved by finite element method and four orders Runge Kutta algorithm. The analysis system fulfils parametric design for permanent magnetic actuator and meets the need for engineering application.
