摘要
阐述了可编程控制器PLC控制系统中十扰的主要来源,产生干扰后,造成PLC控制系统故障的情况。并从PLC选型、供电电源的设计、系统的布线、接地及软件设计等方面提出了PLC控制系统的主要抗干扰措施。这些方法实用有效,大大地提高了PLC控制系统的可靠性。
Description was made on the main sources of interference in programmable logic controller (PLC) control system, and after interference taking place, in resulting of break downs in PLC control system. Main anti-interference measures were raised from PLC modle selection, design of power supply, lay-out of the system, grounding and software design etc. These methods are practical and effective, and they greatly raise the reliability of PLC control system.
