摘要
选用环氧树脂为成膜物质,石墨为导电介质制备抗静电耐蚀涂料,利用失重法研究了温度、石墨及含硫质量分数对涂料耐蚀性的影响,利用电阻法研究了石墨质量分数对涂料导电性的影响及涂料导电的时效性。结果表明,使用环氧树脂填充石墨制备抗静电耐蚀性涂料是可行的,石墨质量分数为35%~50%,其体积电阻率为105.85-105.66Ω·m,满足GB13348-1992《液体石油产品静电安全规程》,温度对涂料电阻影响较小,电阻率随时间变化不大;在含硫质量分数为3%的高硫油介质中,室温时石墨质量分数为35%的涂层耐蚀性较好;温度在50~70℃时,石墨质量分数为45%-55%的涂层耐蚀性较好,原油中含硫质量分数的变化对环氧石墨抗静电涂料的耐蚀性影响较小。
The composite anti- static paint based on epoxide film forming matter and graphite powder carrier was prepared. The effects of temperature, mass fraction of graphite and sulfur on the corrosion resistance property were researched by weight loss method and the effects of mass fraction of graphite on the paint conductibility and the conduction ageing property of paints were studied by electric-resistivity method. The results show that the composite anti - static paints prepared base on epoxide film forming and graphite powder carrier is feasible, when mass fraction of the graphite paints is 35 % -50 %, its volum resistivity is 105.85- 105.66 Ω·m, which satisfies the national standards GB13348-1992 safe regulation of static for liquid oil products, the effect of temperature on paints resistance is minor and the resistivity changes slightly as the variation of time. At room temperature, the corrosion resistance property is better when mass fraction of graphite is 35% in mediator of high-sulfur crude oil (mass fraction of sulfur is 3% ); the corrosion resistance property is better when mars fraction of graphite is 45 % -55% at 50-70℃ and the effect of mass fraction of sulfur on anti- static paints is smaller.
