止汗灵颗粒治疗小儿多汗症气阴两虚型20例临床观察

Clinical observation Trial on 20 cases of hidrosis of children of Qi-Yin deficiency treated with Zhihanling granule

目的观察止汗灵颗粒治疗小儿多汗症气阴两虚型的临床疗效。方法40例小儿多汗症患儿随机分为2组。治疗组20例,予止汗灵颗粒,每次10 g,每日3次口服。对照组20例,予生脉饮口服液,每次10 ml,每日3次口服。2组均14日为1个疗程,1个疗程后统计疗效。结果治疗组痊愈率为65.0%,对照组痊愈率为35.0%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论止汗灵颗粒治疗小儿多汗症气阴两虚型疗效确切。

Objective To observe the effect of Zhihanling granule on the Hidrosis of childre of Qi - Yin Deficiency.Methods 40 patients were randomly divided into two groups. 20 patients in treatment group were given Zhihanling granule, which was taken 10g each time and three times per day;20 patients in control group were given Shengmaiyin liquid, which was taken 10ml each time and three times per day. The course of treatment is 14 days for both groups. The effects were evaluated after one treatment course. Results The cure rate and total effective rate in treatment group were 65.00% and 100% respectively , which were 35.00 % and 95.00% in control group respectively. There were significant differences between two groups（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Zhihanling granule is effective in treating the hidrosis of children of QiYin Deficiency.
