扩张胃对大鼠空肠液体吸收的影响

摘要 本文用在体肠袢制备和单向灌流技术探讨了扩张胃对大鼠空肠液体吸收的影响,并分析了其迷走神经机制,结果发现,扩张胃引起空肠液体吸收量增加27%,跨壁电位下降16%;电刺激迷走神经胃前支的中枢端对空肠液体吸收的影响与单纯扩张胃的效果相似;切断迷走神经胃后支或静脉注射阿托品均使扩张胃的效果减弱,但不能完全消除。这些结果提示,扩张胃引起大鼠空肠液体吸收增加,此效应主要是通过迷走神经实现的。 In order to observe the effect of gastric distension on fluid absorption in jejunum and to analyze the role of vagal nerve in the effect induced by gastric distension, the experiments were performed in rats with Tilly-Vella jejunum loop in situ using single pass perfusion technique. The results obtained were as follows: Distension of the stomach elicits increase in fluid absorption by 27%, and decrease in transmural potnetial difference by 16%. The responses to electrical afferent stimulation of vagal nerve were similar to that to alone gastric distension; After transection of posterior branch of gastric vagal nerve, the effects of gastric distension were decreased significantly but not abolished completely. It suggests that distension of the rat stomach elicites increase in fluid absorption in jejunum. The effect is elicited partly through vagal nerve.
