摘要
镁合金被誉为21世纪的绿色材料,镁合金制品的生产过程产生大量的工业废料,要充分发挥我国的镁资源优势和提高镁合金在国际上的竞争力,必须在开发镁合金的同时考虑和解决镁合金的回收和再生问题。介绍了当今国内外镁合金废料和报废件的典型工业化回收方法及其再生技术;每种方法与技术的适用条件;还简要介绍了国内外正在研发的再生技术和工艺,讨论了再生镁合金的质量要求与检测方法。
A great deal of industry scrap was come into being in the process of producting magnesium alloy whieh was reputed green material of 21 century;to exert magnesium resource advantage of our country and improve international competition of magnesium alloy, the reclaiming and recycling magnesium alloy were must taken into account and settled with exploiture of magnesium alloy. This article discusses the reclaiming and recycling methods used to recycle magnesium scrap and rejected parts;what is the applying condition of every method. The international recycling technology and the quality determination of recycling magnesium alloy are also involved.
