摘要
楔入式封隔器是针对油田井下堵水而设计的一种封堵工具,由坐封、锁紧、解封和密封4部分组成。坐封部分和锁紧部分采用液缸推进和卡簧步进锁紧机构;解封部分采用锁球拉手机构,使胶筒很容易解封;密封部分采用钢件楔入胶筒的方式,增加了胶筒的密封性能。该封隔器具有液压坐封、液压上提解封、自锁锚定、卡簧步进锁定等特点。楔入式封隔器于2005年在吉林油田现场试验4口井,施工成功率100%,表明该封隔器是一种封堵有效期长、现场操作性能可靠的井下封堵工具。
As an isolation tool designed for downhole water shutoff in oilfield,the wedging packer consists of setting part,locking part,releasing part and sealing part.The hydraulic cylinder propulsion and circlip stepping locking mechanism is used in the setting part and locking part.The locking-ball pulling mechanism is adopted in the releasing part to make the packing element released easily.For the sealing part,the steel piece is wedged into the packing element to improve its sealing performance.This packer is characterized by being set by hydraulic pressure,being released by lifting up the string,being anchored by self-locking and being locked by circlip stepping.Ten sets of packers of this kind were tested in four wells in Jilin Oilfield in 2005 with success of 100%.It indicates that this packer is a downhole isolation tool with long isolation validity and reliable in-situ operating performance.
