A Brief Talk on How to Use Cutters with Small Diameters to Produce Stainless Parts

针对有高精度要求的不锈钢零件,通过实例,运用改进加工工艺的方法和使用一定的编程技巧,来保证其高精度的要求。为今后用直径较小的刀具加工此类材料的零件提供参考。

Some practical examples, some improved manufacturing processes and some programming skills are provided in this paper to make sure meeting the demand of high precision, when some stainless steel hardware parts with high precision are needed to produce. Some experience of how to make similar kind of parts, especially when using cutters with smaller diameters, also are explored in this paper.
