摘要
铝镁合金可焊性差,很容易出现各种焊接缺陷,尤其是气孔、根部未熔合等。针对大庆炼化公司30万t/a聚丙烯工程的8台铝镁合金料仓的焊接,通过深入分析铝镁合金材料的焊接特点,制定了科学合理的焊接工艺。文章详细介绍了本次焊接所采用的焊接方法、焊接电源、焊接工艺参数、预热温度以及操作要点。该项工程经过RT和UT探伤检验,焊接一次合格率达86%以上。
Aluminum-magnesium alloy has a poor weldability and often appears various defects,especially porosity,non-melting root zone,and so on.Aimed at the welding job of 8 sets of aluminum-magnesium alloy stock bins of a 30×104 t/a polypropylene project in Daqing Refinery Company,the welding characteristics of aluminum-magnesium alloy material are analyzed deeply and the welding process is worked out.Welding method,electric power,technological parameters,preheating temperature and key operation matters used for this project are introduced in this paper.RT and UT defect detections show the primary welding qualification reaches more than 86%.
