诺氟沙星对鲤鳃弓软骨组织病理学的影响 被引量:1

摘要 以大肠杆菌ATCC25922菌株为鉴定菌,用琼脂扩散单层法测定了渔用抗菌药诺氟沙星在鲤Cyprinus carpio鳃弓等组织中的分布,考察该药对鳃弓软骨的组织病理学影响。结果表明,诺氟沙星对稚鲤软骨组织有较强的亲合力,在软骨中分布较多,肝脏中次之,肌肉中较少;用浓度为150、900 mg/L以上的诺氟沙星药液浸泡鲤5 d,可导致稚鲤的鳃弓软骨细胞出现坏死、溶解、空泡等组织病理学损伤。据此认为,在防治幼龄鱼类患感染性疾病时,应慎用氟喹诺酮类药物。 Tissue distribution and histopathological influence of norfloxacin on gill arch cartilages were investigated in 75 day old common carp ( Cyprinus carpio) using the methods of microassay in the standard agar diffusion in which Escherchia coli ATCC25922 was used as experimental bacterium. The results showed that norfloxacin has powerful affinity with cartilagess of juvenile carp. There was the maximum level of norfloxacin in cartilage, per day ) g cartilage followed by liver, then in muscles. The carp bathed in Norfloxacin for 5 consecutive days (30 min at a dose of 25, 150 or 900 mg/L had detectable histopathological lesions in gill arch cartilages, e. cell necrosis, dissolved, vacuolated at a dose of 150 mg/L, which indicating that more attention should be paid when fluoroquinolones treatment is administrated.
