摘要
将天然海域捕捞的黄鲷Talus tumifrons进行驯养和强化培育,人工催产和孵化。结果表明:野生黄鲷经驯化和营养强化培育,注射LHRH—A3和LHRH—A2+DOM催产后可有规律地连续产卵。产卵一般在12:00~15:00时进行,产卵期长达45—55d。在培育水温20-22℃、盐度28-30时,受精卵经35-37h完成胚胎发育,孵出仔鱼,受精率为90%,孵化率为87%~89%,孵出的仔鱼活泼健壮。
This paper deals with broodfish rearing, spawning and incubation of Taius tumifrons collected from East China Sea. The results indicated that the brood fish was reared and induced to spawn by injectiom of hormone(LHRH - A3and LHRH - A2 + DOM). It was found that spawning action usually occurred between 12:00 and 15:00,and last during 45 -55 days. The fertilizing rate was 90%, the incubation period about 35 -37 hours and the hating rate 87% - 89% at a water temperature of 20 - 22℃, and a salinity of 28 - 30. The newly hatching larvae behaved vigorously and vivaciously.
