摘要
分析了油脂加工废水的产生过程及其生物降解特性,采用较为典型的厌氧反应器UASB和好氧反应器SBR进行连续流中试。中试结果表明油脂废水采用UASB反应处理,容积负荷在9.6~13.7 kg COD/m^3·d时,COD去除率可达88%以上。使用SBR工艺处理油脂废水在处理周期为24小时的情况下,COD去除率可达93%以上。并对两种生化方法工程应用时投资、占地面积、运行费用及操作维修难易程度进行了比较,以供工程设计人员和用户参考。
The article analyses the fat waste water's course of production and its biodegradation, then continues flow pilot-scale tests were done by the representative reactor UASB and SBR,The test results are as follows: The fat waste water treated by UASB and the capacity loading is between 9.6 ~13:7 kgCOD/(m^3·d), its COD removal rate is over 88%. By SBR, when the treatment period is 24 hours, the COD removal rate is over 93%.At last, the article compared the two methods on the investment cost, floor space, running cost and degree of difficulties on mainenanee and operation when it be used in project, and provide the refe:rcnee to the designer and the user.
