2种PS版材感光性能的比较研究 被引量:2

摘要 对当前市场通用的2种重氮萘醌系阳图型PS版进行了分光谱曝光显影实验,得到了2种PS版的感光特性曲线,实验发现2种PS版的感度存在较大差异,分别为170m J/cm2、10m J/cm2。进一步从感光层的红外光谱、紫外-可见光谱分析了引起感度差异的因素。 The exposure experiments on two diazo naphthoquinones salts positive type PS plates were taken to evaluate the photosensitivity. The results showed that the photosensitive character of the two plates has a great difference, which is 170 and 10mJ/cm^2 respectively. The factors causing such difference were further discussed by FTIR and UV-Vis spectrum.
