摘要
该种新型复合材料的磨擦系数、透气性和透湿性能符合国标要求,因而适合干燥粉状物质的包装。在制袋材料对水泥强度影响的试验中,试体3天抗折强度比Rf′=94.24%≥93%,3天抗压强度比Rc′=95.38%≥95%;同时,在水泥包装袋防潮性能的试验中,试体3天抗压强度比Rc′=94.56%≥90%。因此,制袋材料对水泥强度的影响和防潮性能符合GB 9774-2002的要求。
The friction coefficient, ventilated capability and moisture permeability of the compound material meet the qualification of the national standard, therefore, it is suitable to pack the dry powder materials. In the experiment of the material to the strength effect, the sample bending strength rate for 3 days is Rf'=94.24%≥93%, pressing strength rate for 3 days is Rc'=95.38%≥95%. Meanwhile, in the experiment of the dampproof capability of the cement package, the sample pressing strength rate for 3 days is Rc'=94.56%≥90%. Therefore, the material to the cement strength effect and the dampproof capability meet the qualification of GB 9774-2002.
