摘要
研究了用铜版纸印刷的中小学课本封面进行UV上光时,上光油的最佳用量。从分析不同上光油量的印刷品,所带来的上光膜层质量的变化,来确定最佳上光油量。UV膜层3个质量参数主要有上光前后白度值、光泽度值和膜层的耐磨度,文章通过对三者的变化规律分析得出了最佳上光油用量。
The optimum UV varnishing oil quantity in full format UV coating on coated paper used in textbook cover was studied, Three parameters, whiteness, glossiness and scuff resistance was used to evaluate the ink film quality. By analyzing the quality variation induced by oil quantity, the proper quantity of UV ink was determined.
