摘要
介绍了灌装机的PLC控制系统,分析了灌装机的计量和控制问题,提出了用步进电机驱动计量泵,自动完成计量和控制,具有较高的计量精度和重复性,使用触摸屏作为人机界面,进行参数设定和监控。
The PLC control system of filling machine was introduced. The problems in measure and control were analyzed. Stepping motor can be applied to drive pump for measuring and controlling. This system has high measurement accuracy and ideal repeatability. Touch screen was used as MMI, by which parameter setting and supervising can be performed.
