According to China＇s present situation of Chinese Character layout of package format design, this thesis expounded the approach to a better character layout design. By analyzing the basic elements of Character, the internal connection between characters, the space usage of character, the color effects, and the final results of character in the package, the way to give a better aesthetic feeling and more effective communication function to the character layout was found. Additionally, the character layout in package format design needs the constant efforts for creativity.
