摘要 目的研究胃癌组织中EG-VEGF表达与肿瘤的发生、发展的的关系。方法收集2003年1月至2005年12月该院普外科胃癌根治术病例106例,采用免疫组化染色法及IMS图像分析系统检测胃癌组织、癌旁组织及正常胃组织中EG-VEGF的表达情况,结合临床病理资料回顾性分析EG-VEGF与各临床病理因素之间的关系。结果EG-VEGF的表达在正常胃黏膜组织和癌旁组织中无统计学差异。胃癌组织中EG-VEGF抗原表达的标志指数(labelingindex,LI)较正常胃组织和癌旁组织明显升高,P<0.01。EG-VEGF表达指数与胃癌病灶大小、临床分期相关,P<0.05;EG-VEGF表达指数与肿瘤的浸润深度、淋巴结转移状态、远处转移情况、TNM分期及肿瘤分化程度密切相关,P<0.01。结论EG-VEGF的表达指数在正常胃组织、胃癌癌旁组织中呈递增趋势,胃癌组织中EG-VEGF表达最高。胃癌组织中EG-VEGF的表达与肿瘤的大小、分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移状态、远处转移状况和TNM分期有关。 [ Objective ] To investigate the correlation between the expression of endocrine glands-derived-vascular endothelial growth factor (EG-VEGF) in human gastric cancer tissue and the genesis, progression of the tumor, [Methods] A retrospective immunohistochemlcal assay study of 106 patients subjected to radical resection from 2003 to 2005 in Shanghai Sixth People's Hospital for gastric cancer was performed. Their paraffin slics immunochemically dyed are analyzed by IMS figure analysis system and EG-VEGF positive index is recorded. All data were collected down in the form as mean (+) standard deviation and analyzed with SAS6.12. [Results] The positive index of EG-VEGF have no statistic difference in tissue near gastric cancer and normal gastric tissue (P 〉0.05). The expression of EG-VEGF in the gastric cancer tissue is significantly higher than that in tissue near gastric cancer and normal gastric tissue (P 〈0.01). In gastric cancer cases, the positive index of EG-VEGF differs in the different sizes of tumor gastric cancer tissue and different clinical classification (P 〈0.05). The positive index of EG-VEGF decreases significantly according to the depth of gastric wall penetration, lymph nodes involvement, distal metastasis, the TNM stage of gastric cancer, and the differentiation of tumor (P 〈0.01). [Conclusion] The positive index of EG- VEGF is highest in gastric cancer than that in tissue near gastric cancer and normal gastric tissue. In gastric cancer, the expression of EG-VEGF relates to the cancer radius, clinical classification, the depth of gastric wall penetration (T), lymph nodes involvement (N), distal metastasis (M), TNM stage and cancer differentiation.
