摘要
用甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯和二羟基酯类交联单体对三元乙丙橡胶进行接枝聚合,研制出在8μm^14μm波段具有良好透明性能、强度和成膜性能的热红外隐身涂料粘合剂,重点讨论了交联单体对粘合剂性能的影响。
The IR transparent binder has good transparency, strength and filming in 8 μm~14μm wave band. The method with methyl meth acrylate, butyl acrylate, the dihydroxy ester crossing linking monomer was take to cany on the stem grafting. Polymenzation to tenary polyethylene co-propylene rubber and the new IR transparent binder was obtained. The influence of the crossing linking monomer on polymerzation was emphasized in this study.
