摘要
采用ZrobaxXDBC18色谱柱,以乙腈-水(体积比为70∶30),加入0.5%三乙胺,用乙酸调节pH值8.5为流动相,在245nm紫外波长下对3%甲胺基阿维菌素B1a苯甲酸盐微乳剂进行高效液相色谱法分析,以外标法测定。变异系数为0.56%,回收率为99.7%,线性相关系数为0.9999。
Quanlitative analysis of emamectin benzoate 30 ME was established by HPLC with Zrobax XDB C 18 at UV 245nm using acetonitrile, water and triethylamine as mobile phase（pH 8.5）, external standard method. The results showed that the coefficient of variation and ratio of recovery were 0.56% and 99.7% respectively, the liner correlation coefficient was 0.9999.
