摘要
以富硒菜籽脱皮脱脂粕为原料,在pH 5、45℃条件下,用10倍水浸提3次,每次浸提60 m in得到低植酸的原料粕。然后在pH 12条件下,用NaOH溶液浸提3次,每次浸提35 m in,固液比为1∶12,浸提温度50℃,得到富硒菜籽分离蛋白。产品得率为26.0%,产品中蛋白质含量为83.37%,硒含量为5.87 mg/kg。
The phytic acid was extracted from selenium- enriched dehulled and defatted rapeseed meal by pH 5.0, temperature 45 ℃, extracting 3 times,60 min every time and the ratio of meal to solvent 1: 12. Then the protein extraction from selenium - enriched defatted rapeseed meal with low - phytic acid by alkali were investigated, the experiment showed that the optimal conditions were: the ratio of meal to solvent 1 : 12, pH 12, extraction 3 times, temperature 50 ℃ and 35 min once. The protein content of finished product is 83.37%, the yield is 26. 0%, and the content of selenium is 5.87 mg/kg.
