挤出法制备微结构聚合物光纤牵伸控制系统的研究

摘要 主要研究了挤出法制备微结构聚合物光纤的牵伸控制系统。通过单片机实现了转速反馈和直径测量反馈组成的双闭环控制牵伸电机转速,有效地提高了控制的精度;在控制上采用积分分离PID算法和模糊自适应PID算法组成的串级控制器,既保证了控制精度,也满足了系统的快速响应性。 This paper mainly studies the drawing control system of microstructured polymer optieeal fiber (MPOF) by extrusion method. Double closed loops composed of the feedback of the rotating speed and measurement of diameter through single chip microcomputer (SCM) have been used to control the speed of drawing motor, and high control precision is obtained. It adopted a cascade controller which consists of the integral separation PID algorithm and adaptive fuzzy logic PID algorithm, therefore nmke sure that the control precision and the fast response are realized.
