调脂胶囊治疗脂质代谢紊乱临床研究

A Clinical Study of Tiaozhi Capsule for the Treatment of Lipid Metabolic Disorder

通过对调脂胶囊治疗脂质代谢紊乱属脾气虚或兼痰浊、血瘀证患者１２０例，其中试验组８６例，对照组３４例，进行了临床研究。结果显示：调脂胶囊能较好地改善脾气虚兼痰浊或兼血瘀中医证候，总有效率分别为９７．７８％和９０．２４％，疗效优于非诺贝特对照组的７５％和６６．６７％。单项血脂指标观测，调脂胶囊降低ＴＣ、ＴＧ和升高ＨＤＬ—Ｃ作用与对照组相似，Ｐ＞０．０５，差异无显著性，但降ＴＧ的总有效率优于对照组；调脂胶囊副作用少，未发现明显的毒副反应。

Eighty_six cases with lipid metabolic disorder attributed to spleen qi deficiency or complicated by phlegm and blood stasis syndrome were treated by Tiaozhi Capsule (TZC) and 34 cases treated by Lipanthyl as control. The results showed that TZC can satisfactorily relieve the symptoms of spleen-qi deficiency and phlegm and blood-stasis syndrome, the total effective rate being 97.78% and 90.24%respectively,while that of control group 75% and 66.67% respectively (<0.01-0.05). As to the effect on blood lipids, the reduction of blood triglycerides is more prominent in the TZC group than in the control group (P<0.01),while the reduction of blood cholesterol and the elevation of HDL C are similar in two groups (P<0.05).No obvious adverse and toxic effect was observed during TZC administration.
