复方毛冬青液的正交t值法L8（2^7）的组方原则及剂量分析

A Study of Orthogonalityt Value Test L_8(2-7)on the Rule of Composition and Dose Analysis of Liquid Radix Ilicis Pubescentis Co.

应用正交ｔ值法，以肉芽肿为药效指标，分析复方毛冬青的组方原则及优化剂量组合。结果复方毛冬青中抗肉芽肿药效显著者依次为毛冬青、莪术、北芪、丹参。经ｔ检验Ｐ＜０．０１．ｐ＜０．０５。Ｐ＜０．０５，Ｐ＞０．０５。优化剂量组合是毛冬青４０ｇ、莪术１２ｇ、北芪３０ｇ、丹参２０ｇ。优化剂量组合的复方毛冬青液抗肉芽肿作用与对照组比较，Ｐ＜０．０５。＊ｐ＜０．０１，Ｐ＜０．０５，＊Ｐ＞０．０５。

Orthogonalityt value test was done to analyze the rule of composition and to optimize the dose composition of Liquid Radix Ilicis Pubescentis,Co. with the weight of granuloma in rats asthe criteria of pharmacodynamics. The result showed that the intensity of anti-granuloma effectof the herbs in the composition were strongest in Radix Ilicis Pubescentis,and then in the following order:Rhizoma Zedoariae,Radix Astragali seu Hedgsari,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae(P<0.01,P <0.05,P<0.05 and P>0.05 respectively).The optimal for composition of thefour herbs was 40g,12g,30g and 20g respectively.The anti-granuloma effect of the optimized dose composition of Liquid Radix Ilicis Pubescentis,Co. was superior to that of the controlgroup(P<0.05).
