摘要
在45#钢基底上进行了铁基合金粉末G312和铁基合金粉末G312中加入不同百分比的TiO2的激光熔覆实验。借助裂纹检测、金相显微镜、扫描电镜、x射线衍射、硬度测试、摩擦磨损实验等手段,发现:随着加入的TiO2的含量的增加,熔覆层组织结构和组成成分也呈现明显的不同。在一定的工艺条件下,加入适量的TiO2可以提高G312熔覆层的硬度、耐磨性、降低开裂敏感性,改善熔覆层的综合性能。
The laser cladding of Fe - based alloy of various percent TiO2 on steel 45 by powder feeding were carried. The experiments of cracks check,microstructure observation , X - ray diffractien, the hardness measurements and the wear resistance tests showed that the microstructure and properties of layers were different when the percentage of TiO2 changed. The result is that adding suitable amount of TiO2 to Fe - based alloy can improve the hardness, wear resistance and reduce the cracking susceptibility of coatings.
