摘要
本文从理论上详细分析了激光功率在光固化快速成形(SL)过程中对树脂涂层固化质量的影响,在此基础上建立一套激光功率实时检测控制系统,实现了加工过程中激光功率的实时检测,同时针对功率的波动采取有效的扫描速度补偿措施,从而得到了高质量的SL制件。
The paper analyses laser power to be an important influence on resin solidifying in Stereolithography (SL). According to the processing theory, set ,up detection & control system that measure the laser power real time, and if laser power fluctuate it could make use of changing the scanning speed to balance, which leading to an effective result in SL part precision assuring.
