摘要
本研究的目的是观察脉冲YAG激光对金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单孢菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌效果。应用脉冲YAG激光仪,用不同剂量(4瓦、3瓦2、瓦)点照约107/ml的细菌悬液3分钟,结果发现抑菌效果与照射剂量、细菌种类有关:照射剂量为4瓦时,对这3种细菌有很强抑菌作用,对金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单孢菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌率分别为100%、100%、85%:激光对金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单孢菌的抑菌效果比大肠杆菌好,与细菌产生的色素有关。
Objective: The aim of the in vitro study was to examine the bactericidal ettect of an pulse YAG laser on Staphylococcus aureus, P. aeruginosa and E. coli. Methods: A stationary phase bacterial suspension (density 107/ml) was exposed to pulsed YAG laser irradiations at a different power output (4W, 3W, 2W) for 3min. The total viable count (TVC) of the irradiated samples was determined immediately after the laser irradiation. Results: When power output was 4W the maximum reduction in the TVC observed with respect m the control was 100% for Staphylococcus aureus, 100% P. aeruginasa, 85% for E. coli. The bactericidal effect on Staphylococcus attreus and P. aeruginosa was better than on E. coli. It was because of pigment produced by Staphylococcus aureus and P. aeruginosa. Conclusion: The bactericMal effect of pulse YAG laser was related with power output and different kinds of bacteria.
