基于心理动因模型的员工主动离职风险管理系统研究 被引量:3

摘要 员工主动离职率高可能给企业带来多种消极影响,本文通过研究员工主动离职的心理动因模型,设计了组织层面的员工主动离职意向监控系统和员工层面的员工离职风险危机自检系统两级相结合的员工主动离职风险管理系统,并针对员工离职可能给企业带来的风险,提出了防范策略的建议。
