综合干预减轻子宫切除术后患者疼痛效果观察

Application of Behavior Intervention in the Nursing Care of Posthysterectomy

目的探索综合干预减轻子宫切除手术后患者疼痛的效果。方法将360例子宫切除手术患者随机分为对照组和观察组各180例。对照组按子宫切除手术进行常规术后疼痛护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上采取心理指导、认知行为疗法、按摩、音乐疗法、放松疗法等措施,术后7d采用Prince-Henry评分法对两组患者进行疼痛评估。结果观察组患者术后疼痛程度显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论综合干预能减轻患者的疼痛程度。

Objective To explore the application of behavioral intervention in the nursing care of pain after Posthysterectomy. Methods 360 patients who had undergone hysterectomy were divided into two groups at random： were experimental group and control group, with 180 patients each group. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care for pain, while series of behavior intervention techniques, such as cotnitive behavior treatment, music treatment, relaxation treatment and so on, were used in the patients of the experimental group after 7 days of soperation, the pain of the patients suffered were evaluated by using Prince - Henry scale. Results The pain in the experimental group was significantly milder than that of controls （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The behavior intervention can effectively alleviate the pain of patients.
