心脏外科体外循环防治全身炎症反应综合征的现状和进展

摘要 体外循环诱发全身炎症反应综合征的机制是相互作用相互影响的复杂过程。技术材料的改进和药物的使用都能够减轻体外循环引起的全身炎征反应综合征。随着科学技术的发展,其作用机制的研究和防治方法将逐步完善,从而减轻体外循环给病人带来的不利因素,增加心脏手术的安全性,降低术后并发症和死亡率。
