穿城国道交通组织设计研究——以佛山大道为例

Study on Traffic Organization and Design of National Highway Though Urban Street——Foshan Road as an Example

对穿城国道进行交通组织设计,尽可能减少穿城国道及周边道路的交通压力,提高国道所在区域行车的通畅水平,是当前国道交通面临的重要问题.通过对佛山大道改造工程的研究,探讨在穿越城区的国道交通改造过程中,如何运用现代交通设计理念实现支撑土地开发利用,对特殊情况下的国道重新定位升级,提高道路通行效率的交通组织设计思想,提出了穿城国道交通组织设计的思路、程序、方法以及相关原则,并给出了分析结果.

The crucial problems that the national highways face today lie in traffic organization design, reliving the pressure of highways and roads around, and improving the driving fluency. This paper takes an example of reconstruction project of Foshan Road and studies how to apply modern traffic design concept to the proceeding of reconstructing national highway through urban area. Therefore the traffic organization design idea could be used to achieve reasonable land use, to upgrade the national highway in special conditions, and to improve the efficiency of road capacity. Concept, proceedings, methods and relevant principles are drawn, and design results are brought out as well.
