With the development of the society, there are some new eases of the management of tbe public security. The management of public security punishment law gives clear stipulations on the administrative management and intercession in application, new categories in punishment actions as well. It offers new rules of procedure in excuting the law. It is an impetus for us to deal with new problems and perfect the management.
