警察执法权益遭受侵害的案件正呈逐年增加趋势。无论从理论层面还是现实层面上看,警察执法权益保护都是一个综合复杂性问题。笔者试对目前国内理论界有关警察执法权益保护的研究文献作初步的梳理和总结,从而提出未来研究的方向。

The cases about the infraction to the police＇ s rights and interest have been more and more serious every year. No matter from the theory or the practice, the protection for the police＇ s rights and interests in excuting the law is a complex problem. The writer does some summary and carding on the problem so as to offer a way for the research.
