“9·11”事件发生5年来，国际反恐斗争在美国主导下表面上看来如火如荼。然而，恐怖势力依然猖獗，恐怖袭击不断，国际舆论对反恐的争议也愈加激烈，布什总统处境艰难。
Five years after 9/11, the US-led international fight against terrorism seems to have caught on like fire on the surface. However, terrorist forces are still rampant and their attacks show no sign of abating. World opinion holds heated debates for/against the war on terrorism. President Bush finds himself in a difficult situation now.
