摘要
采用质性分析和问卷调查方法,以江苏省552名中小学教师为研究样本,系统考察了当前中小学教师心理健康的影响因子,其中较为明显的因子包括:教师物质环境及经济收入满意度、教师面对的各种工作压力、人际压力、教师的个性特征、教师的情绪特征等。此外,积极的自我体验和自我价值感有利于心理健康状况的改善。
Based on the survey and qualitative analysis of 552 teachers from primary and middle schools of Jiangsu province, this paper systematically reviews the factors affecting these teachers' psychological health, among these factors the following are evident: the income satisfaction, the pressure from work and social communication, the individuality of teachers, and the mood of teachers. Besides, active self-experience and self-worth can help to improve teachers' psychological health.
