摘要
通过考察体育活动对大学生的心理适应能力、自信心和人际交往能力的作用,研究社会活动对大学生心理素质发展的影响。将大学生参加体育活动的时间和频率对心理素质发展的影响,以及大学生体育活动参加者的年龄对心理因素发展的影响作为研究内容。研究采用大学生心理适应能力、人际关系综合能力、自信心3份问卷对60名大学生进行调查。研究结果表明:不同的体育活动项目对大学生心理素质的影响不同,形体健身操类项目对大学生自信心的影响最大;大学生每次参与体育活动的时间长于1h能有效改善大学生的心理适应能力;参与体育活动的大学生随着年龄的增大,他们的心理适应能力和人际关系均得以不断地改善和提高。
This study is to investigate that physical activities affect mental adaptive capability, self-confidence, and communication capability of college students by looking at time and frequency of participating activities, and age that the students involving in the activities. Sixty students completed three questionnaires including mental adaptive capability, self-confidence, and communication capability. The result shows that there are different influences of activities on student's self-confidence, in which body shaping has the more influences on self-confidence compared to other activities. Activity time being over one hour can improve students' mental adaptive capability. With the age increasing within that the college students participated into the activities, their mental adaptation ability and communication will be continuously improved and promoted.
