摘要
目的建立用高效液相色谱法(HPLC法)测定天舒片中阿魏酸的方法。方法采用ODS-C18(钻石)色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-1%冰醋酸(20∶80),流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为322nm,进样量为10μL。结果阿魏酸浓度在4.95～99.00μg/mL范围与峰面积线性关系良好;平均回收率为100.05%,RSD为1.79%(n=6)。结论HPLC法简便、快捷、灵敏,可用于天舒片中阿魏酸的含量测定和质量控制。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for determination of ferulic acid in Tianshu capsules. Methods The ODS-C18 （Diamond） （250 mm×4.6 re,n,5 μm） column was selected,the mobile phase was composed of acetonitile- 1% acetic acid （20：80）, the flow rate was 1,0 mL/min, detection wavelength was 322 nm, the injection volume was 10 μL. Results The linear ranges of ferulie acid was 4, 95-99. 00μg/mL. The recovery rate was 100. 05%, RSD was 1.79%（n =6）, Conclusion The method is simple,rapid and accurate, It is suitable to be used in the detection of ferulic acid in Tianshn capsules.
