摘要
目的建立3种酊剂的微生物限度检查方法。方法采用5种阳性试验菌,通过回收率试验测定它们是否含抑菌成分。结果生发酊、白屑风酊2种供试品试验菌回收率均高于70%,证明无抑菌现象;烫伤药水有抑菌作用,但可通过培养基稀释法消除抑菌作用。结论生发酊、白屑风酊可按常规方法进行微生物限度检查,烫伤药水需按培养基稀释法进行微生物限度检查。
Objective To establish the microbial limit tests of three tinctures. Methods Usiug the determination of the recovery of five positive mictgorganisms to determine whether there are antibacterial comped,tents in three tinctures. Results There were no antibacterial activity in Shengfa tincture,Baixiefeng tieture according to the reveries for the tested rnicoorganisms which were fbraid to over 70% ,but Barns syrup had antibacterial activity which couhl be eliminated by media dilution method. Conclusion The eonventiona method may be used to conduct mierobial limit tests in Shcngfa tint-ture,Baixiefeng tincture while using media dilution method in Barns syrup.
