摘要
目的采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC法)测定丹皮酚-β-CD片中丹皮酚的含量。方法以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,甲醇-水(60∶40)为流动相,检测波长为274nm。结果丹皮酚进样量在0.20～1.0μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均加样回收率为100.9%,RSD=0.38%(n=6)。结论HPLC法方便快捷,准确,灵敏度高,重现性好。
Objeetive To develop a HPLC naethod for the asay of paconol in paeonol-β-eyelodextfin tablets. Methods Using ODS C18 column and methyl alcohol-water （60：40） as mobile phase;the detecting wavelength at 274 nm. Results The linear range of lhe content of paeonol was from 0, 20 - 1.0μg. The average recovery tale of the application of sample was 100, 9% , r =0. 999 9, RSD -0. 38% （ n =6）, Conclusion This method is rapld,aeeurate,high sensitive with good reproducibility.
