摘要
本文论述了英语中两种不同的否定现象,即普通否定与含意否定。研究了其区别,阐述了这两种否定内在的解读机制,并讨论了含意否定与传统语法之间的关系。
This article explains two different kinds of negation in English, that is, common negation and implicative negation, compares the differences between them and describes their explanation mechanism. Finally it also discusses the relationship between impli- cative negation and traditional grammar.
