Due to the specialty of their major, students majoring in foreign languages are more often than not to receive the influence of western cultures. As a result, they demonstrate a rather unique individuality in their ways of thinking and behaving compared to students majoring in other subjects. Therefore, education and management over them should stick to the human--centered principle, and lay emphasis on guidance.
