66例肺心病下呼吸道感染病原菌与治疗观察

Cor Pulmonale Caused Lower Respiratory Tract Infection and Treatment in 66 Patients

对１６９例慢性肺心病下呼吸道感染患者进行痰细菌培养，有６６例培养阳性。６６例中，３２例为院内感染，３４例为院外感染。对两组进行了对比观察，结果表明院内组以革兰氏阴性杆菌为主，占８１．２％，院外组以革兰氏阳性链球菌为主，占５０．１％。治疗根据药敏试验结果选用抗菌药物，并多联合用药。院内感染预后较差。结合文献对其治疗进行了探讨。

The sputum from 169 patients with cor pulmonale associaated with lower respiratory tract infection was cultured.In the patients,positive results were noted in 66 of whom 32 had hospital infection and 34 non hospital infection.Comparative study of the two groups sbowed that in the hospital infection group there were mostly gram-negative bacillus(81.2%),while in the nonhospital infection group,there were mostly grampositive streptocococci(50.1%).The treatment of pulmonale caused lower respiratory infection is dependent on the combined use of drugs.The selection of antibiotics after sensitive test showed poor prognosis in the hospital infection group.
